O "Holandês" - Sumos Detox
Ainda de férias no algarve, encontrei este restaurante. Entre inúmeros pratos eles vendem os sumos detox, algo que eu estava desejosa de exprimentar. Confesso que estranhei o sabor no inicio mas depois comecei a gostar, gostar ao ponto de beber todos os dias ao almoço. Não estou viciada nem o faço por nenhuma dieta maluca, apenas o faço porque estando de férias não dá jeito comer muito ao almoço e por vezes acabamos por comer muito pouco para podermos "ir á água" e garanto-vos que bebendo um sumo destes ficam bem (no sentido em que a fome passa) e não ficam demasiado cheias (e não conseguem ir á água).
When in holidays, I found this place. Between many dishes, they sell the detox juices, something I was anxious to try. At first it's hard, I mean the flavor is quite intense, but then you enjoy it, to the point you start to drink it everyday. I'm not addicted or doing a crazy diet, I just do it because when in holiday where there's the beach and the pool, you can't eat much beacuse you want to go to the pool or to the beach and sometimes you ended it up eating at all beacuse you want to go there.
